Free Seconds Ledger is a set of notes about the free allowances attached to Alibaba's Wan video models — how large they are, how long they last, which region they exist in, and what consumes them.
It exists because the phrase "free tier" collapses four separate facts into two words, and the four facts are what decide whether you can evaluate a model. Thirty seconds that refresh monthly and thirty seconds that expire in ninety days are the same headline and completely different offers.
The notes here are deliberately narrow. They are about allowances and their conditions, not about output quality, not about which model to choose, and not about prompting.
Method. Every figure is read from Alibaba Cloud's own model pricing and new-user free-quota documentation, and each page carries the date it was read. Where a figure comes from a third-party gateway rather than from Alibaba, the sentence that uses it says so. Numbers that make the offer look worse stay in.
